After successfully bringing Google Analytics tracking to Confluence Cloud, we've decided that Jira Service
Desk Management Cloud needed our attention.
From today, we can announce that Google Analytics in Jira Service
Desk Management is now available on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Right now it simply adds the Google Analytics tracking code to Jira Service
Desk Management and sends the page view with a bunch of meta data such as Project ID, Issue ID and Atlassian Account ID to Google Analytics. We also provide a custom Google Analytics report to help you understand your customers support needs.
This is a great start upon which to build in more functionality in the future.
